Law Office of Eitan Kassel Yanich, PLLC
Eitan Kassel Yanich, Attorney at Law
I have been specializing in Social Security and SSI disability appeals in Olympia for the past twenty-eight years. Prior to setting up my own law firm, I worked for nine years at South Sound Advocates for the Disabled, for one year in my own practice, and for nine years in another law firm. I have a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Michigan, and a Juris Doctor degree from the University of Pennsylvania Law School. I am a member of the Washington State Bar, and I am also admitted to the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals and the Federal District Court for the Western District of Washington. I have represented over two thousand disabled individuals in the administrative appeal process. In addition, I have also represented more than six hundred disabled individuals in Social Security appeals to U.S. District Court, and more than one hundred disabled individuals in Social Security appeals to the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals. But I never forget that each client is an individual who deserves the very best in legal representation. If you are unable to work, I will fight to achieve justice for you.
I am honored to have an excellent staff, including my attorney colleague, Maureen Cleary, two excellent paralegals, Remi Tanori and Matt Brown, and an excellent legal assistant, Christin Brown. We work as a team to make sure that you receive the best possible legal representation.
When I am not writing briefs and attending hearings, I enjoy spending time with my wife and two daughters, our two dogs, our cat, and our eleven chickens: Redbird, Ear-Fluke, Hermione, Goldie, Zinnia, Peeper, Mo, Mr. Gacek, Stella, Jazzy, and Sunny. I also play the guitar and garden.
Maureen L. Cleary, Attorney at Law
I am a native Oregonian and love the Northwest! I have a Bachelor of Science degree in Nursing from California State University, Los Angeles. I then obtained my M.S. Degree as a Gerontological Nurse Practitioner, and practiced and taught in this area for a few years at the University of Utah. I then attended law school, graduating in 1986 from Northwestern School of Law at Lewis & Clark College in Portland, Oregon. Except for a few years spent pursuing a spiritual path, I have been specializing in Social Security and SSI disability law. Since 1986, I have represented well over fifteen hundred disabled individuals in their disability appeals. I am a member of the Utah State Bar and the U.S. District Court for the District of Utah, and I am also admitted to the Tenth Circuit Court of Appeals and the United States Supreme Court. I chose this area of law because I am able to combine my nursing knowledge with my legal expertise to better help our disabled clients. I moved to Olympia in 2006 and began working with Eitan in 2009. We are dedicated to helping the disabled successfully navigate the bureaucracy of the Social Security disability system.
Eileen R. Kinney, Attorney at Law
I have practiced Social Security Disability law for over 25 years, helping thousands of people obtain benefits. When you meet me, you will immediately feel comfortable. I will take the time to go over the details of your case and form a winning plan. I will be honest about your chances and what, if anything, you should do to help ensure a positive outcome. I strongly believe that personal service is important and, to that end, will return your phone calls as soon as possible, usually within 24 hours.
